Q: I have a problem with my speakers, what do I do?

A: Send us an e-mail, or phone if you like, describing the brand and the model, and the nature of the problem. 
- We will advise the best course of action and approximate cost of repair. 

- Local customers have the option of delivering the complete speaker system(s) or just the driver(s)
- For remote customers, it is more cost-effective to remove the damaged drive unit(s) and forward by courier.


Q: How long will it take?

A: We aim for a typical turn-around time of around two weeks, depending on availability of parts.  For re-foaming, allow one to three days if surrounds are in stock.


Q: How do I pay? 

A: Cash on collection, or bank transfer ( a pdf of the invoice will be e-mailed on completion of repair).
